Clerical Assessments Clerical aptitude tests are designed to identify candidates who can work quickly and accurately in administrative roles. Because mistakes in accounting, billing or shipping information can be very expensive, organisations are increasingly using this type of test when recruiting for positions such as clerical jobs, bank staff, cashiers, warehouse workers and other positions requiring concentrated work with client details. We have identified the following assessments to assist you in finding the right candidate:
WORK PERSONALITY INDEX
The Work Personality Index® helps make reliable employee decisions based on work performance and task effectiveness. It does this by indicating how individuals will work with others, approach their tasks, solve problems, manage change, and deal with stress, outlining the person’s job-related strengths and identifying areas of development.
MATRIGMA
The Matrigma™ measures cognitive ability using non-verbal logical problems and can be used to predict career success and job performance. Cognitive ability includes aptitude for accurate problem solving, logical reasoning and the ability to grasp new information. The Matrigma™ can help to predict behaviours such as critical reasoning skills, clear thinking, learning skills and sound decision making.
VERBATIM
It gives you an indication of the way you understand words and sentences.
NUMERATUM
It gives you an indication of the way you work with numbers and solve problems that involve numbers.
QUICK CHECK TEST (QCT)
The QCT is designed to measure a candidate’s checking accuracy. Candidates are presented with detail orientation pairs of words, numbers and a combination of both words and numbers. Candidates are asked to determine whether the pairs are identical or not. An accurate detail checking ability is important for jobs that require individuals to have a high level of detail orientation.
Please note that these assessments will be online, and can thus be done at the comfort of your offices.
